The Elbow Room - Kirkcaldy

We appreciated twin room provided with a kettle with tea and great big balcony plus a lovely big bathroom. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and peaceful - a 10-15 minute walk from Dysart Harbour.

What a LOVELY stay, nothing too much trouble. Attached restaurant with delicious cuisine.

Just an appropriate option for an overnight stopping in Kirkcaldy with good value. The room was small but quite cozy. Avoid peak times at breakfast to enjoy a more relaxed meal.

The room was beautiful and the beds were the comfiest hotel beds I have ever slept on. My family appreciated the great variety for breakfast, being able to take our food to the room saved us time before our day out.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but given the experience, I can't complain.

We had a lovely time during our stay, especially enjoying the cozy sitting area and the amazing self-service breakfast options that kept us fueled for our adventures. The sun terrace was perfect for unwinding, and we also loved the little garden area for some fresh air. The only downside was a bit of noise from the traffic, but it didn't ruin our overall experience. Just don’t forget to try the breakfast—it was a highlight! ☀️

The staff provided a warm welcome and were accommodating to our special needs son's autism support dog. The breakfast was always good and offered a great selection.

In my wife's opinion, the noise from the main road was quite bothersome, especially at night. A soundproofing solution would greatly enhance stays for families.

fantastic access to parks and charming harbor views

I recently enjoyed my stay, surrounded by lovely attractions like the Dysart Windmill just a 0.5 km stroll away and Ravenscraig Park, perfect for a serene walk just 1.5 km away, and beyond the beautiful scenery, I found the staff great during my meals, particularly Wendy who made dining a pleasure.

The food was delicious and the bar's atmosphere really struck a chord. Room cleanliness was great, though it was quite hot, and a fan was necessary. The staff were welcoming. Quite a decent experience overall!

Absolutely loved the cozy balcony for evening drinks and the 24-hour breakfast spread was a game changer!

The family room with a balcony was spacious and comfortable. It was great that we didn't have to take our dogs through the bar area. The breakfast station was always available, super convenient for extra plates and cutlery. The hotel is pet-friendly, accepting our three dogs easily, rare to find!

The spacious rooms and super clean facilities. We visited the nearby attractions and loved the continental breakfast with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for group trips.

Indulged in a feast of breakfast delights, with great variety like a king's banquet! Plus, it was easy to pop out to the nearby Bombay Spices for a cracking curry or hit up The Dining Room for some local flair-shoutout to their scrumptious dishes!

The karaoke night was a fun highlight. Room temperature was a bit uncomfortable at times. Staff made sure we had everything we needed, really friendly. The breakfast options were excellent for early risers.

The noise from the adjacent road made the room noticeably loud, which could interrupt a good night's sleep. Continental breakfast had to be taken back to the room, and there were no options for a proper sit-down meal. The family room could benefit from a couple of extra chairs for comfortable dining indoors during bad weather.
